**Christmas Warehouse Closure:  Any order placed after the 22nd Dec, will be shipped commencing Jan 6th. We are closing our warehouse for a few days over the Xmas/New Year period.

 

We ship orders within 2-4 business days after order confirmation. In the unlikely event we do not have the item in stock we will notify you by email and will offer a full refund OR an estimated delivery time whichever is agreed to by the customer.

We use Australia Post for delivery as it is a fast and reliable service.  Normally this is 2-10 business days for delivery. A tracking number which can be tracked at any time on their website will be provided once we give notification of item been sent. Tracking information is normally updated within 24-48 hrs. after the item has been sent.

Please note that some sizes of NewRock boots will have a lead time of between 30-45 days for custom made manufacture will advise you by email after the order is placed.

We ship all products from either WA,SA or VIC.
